Here at the Willow and Brook, we pride ourselves in catering for all dietary requirements. Vegetarians and vegans have a dedicated menu in the evening, and plenty of choices on our courtyard menu.
In 2013, Jim and Suzanne’s son was diagnosed as Coeliac and it is a passion for head chef Jim to make all menus at The Willow and Brook ‘coeliac inclusive’. At least 95% of our menus are either already gluten free or gluten free adaptable, without any compromise on flavour or texture.
